For facials, we recommend arriving with clean skin (no makeup). For waxing, ensure the hair is at least 1cm long. For nails, please do not cut cuticles beforehand. Otherwise, simply arrive and relax -- we will take care of everything else!

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee of 50% of the treatment cost. We understand that life happens, so please just let us know as soon as possible.
